Returns and Refunds Policy

If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt to discuss your options. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must email us at [email protected]. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with further instructions on how to proceed. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond to your request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you are responsible for ensuring it arrives safely back to us. If we agree to cover return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If your return is not approved, we will notify you and return the item to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
